My Biography

Rosie Andrade, Controller, is a Certified Public Accountant, who has worked in governmental management and finance for over thirty-one years. She has managed all functions of the accounting system, contracts, and has extensive knowledge of compliance with state and federal regulations as it pertains to governmental accounting.  She obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and her Master of Accounting from the University of Texas at El Paso.
