My Biography

Dairen Sanchez, an El Paso border native, joined METI’s Business Development Department in 2017. Her grasp of Business Development and Marketing has resulted in her being promoted through progressively more challenging roles and she currently serves as Director of Business Development for METI. Dairen is responsible for leading the sales strategy of METI within the Federal Government sector as well as the bid and proposal process for all opportunities the company decides to pursue. Dairen is also METI’s Quality Manger and has successfully managed METI’s transfer from ISO 9100:2015 to AS9100D certification. Dairen is also currently pursuing the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. During her college years, she was part of the first set of interns for former Congressman O’Rourke supporting case management work.
