My Biography

Shenti Estrada, started working for METI as a Staff Accountant in 2016 and in recognition of her analytical, problem solving, teamwork, leadership, and critical thinking skills, she has advanced in serving increasingly challenging and critical roles within METI’s International Programs portfolio work. She is currently serving as Senior Contract Coordinator. In this capacity she assists the Director of International Programs with the management of several very large USDA, FS, USAID (Disaster Assistance) and DOI (International Technical Assistance) contracts in over 60 countries with several hundred staff members. She is pursuing her Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and gaining additional experience supporting METI’s Business Development activities as needed. In her free time, she participates on a number of sports teams such as cycling, triathlon, and swimming.
