METI, Inc. announced today the award of a contract with an award ceiling of $4.9 million from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC). METI has significant experience in providing configuration management, logistics, and engineering support to Navy weapons programs, fixed and rotary wing aircraft, and range systems including maintenance, supply support, configuration, and data management. METI President/CEO, Renard U. Johnson, states “We are honored to be working with DHS, specifically the U.S. Coast Guard in providing them with logistics and other engineering support services.”

METI will support the U.S. Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center with their initiatives of providing engineering guidance and support to assist with the development and promulgation of maintenance and repair contracts to commercial shipyards and emergent equipment casualties.
